Dan DeCoursey, Senior Investigator / Partner
Mr. DeCoursey is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over thirty years of progressive law enforcement experience, including ten years of command and executive level experience. He has an extensive investigative background in the areas of child and elderly abuse and neglect, employee misconduct and internal investigations, narcotics and undercover operations, policy and procedure development, school safety and security policy and procedures, security assessments, sexual battery, and wiretap investigations. Mr. DeCoursey served on several federal and state task forces targeting air and marine smuggling operations, continuing criminal enterprises, internet crimes against children, large scale narcotics organizations, and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO).
Mr. DeCoursey’s background and extensive knowledge of law enforcement operations have afforded him many relationships and a vast networking group with other law enforcement professionals around the country. He retired from law enforcement and co-founded Blue Line Investigative Solutions of North Florida where he is currently an active partner and investigator conducting complex investigations throughout the State of Florida.

Mark R. Baughman Associate/ Senior Investigator
Mr. Baughman is a 35-year law enforcement veteran, having worked for five (5) law enforcement agencies and serving as a Supervisory Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration and Division Commander with the Pinellas County (FL) Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Baughman has conducted a myriad of complex, and high-profile investigations, many of which were multi-jurisdictional and international in scope. Mr. Baughman retired from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office and currently serves as Jacksonville’s First Coast News Crime Analyst. Mr. Baughman has testified as an expert witness in federal and state court and is a certified law enforcement instructor. Mr. Baughman actively supports drug education and policy reform through his involvement with Partnership for Safe Medicine, he also serves as a member for Drug Free Duval Task Force and is a subcommittee member of the Jacksonville Crime Stoppers.

Lou Leinhauser, Lead Investigator
Lou is a veteran private investigator and a Tampa native. His investigative efforts have been focused on criminal defense both federal and state. He has assisted in defending clients accused of committing a wide array of offenses including but not limited to Title XI, R.I.C.O violations, Corruption Investigations, Bank Fraud, Mortgage Fraud, Medicare Fraud, Defense Contracting Fraud and Money Laundering and a host of other financial crimes. He has worked state cases involving Homicide, Vehicular Homicide, and other death investigations as well as many other state cases. He has also been a consultant to the Department of Homeland Security, Sandia National Laboratory and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
Mr. Leinhauser covers the Tampa Bay area.
